Difficulties and solutions

1.The number of single boxes are large, and the counting speed requires fast. So we use the dual-channel VC series screw counting machine, with a precision repair disc to ensure the accuracy. Double channel + VC series improve the counting efficiency, it can continuous feeding can up to about 7 packages per minute
2.The packing box is the cover of the sky and the earth, and the machine is not easy to cover. So the manual fixed station cover box is used
3. After the required number of screws are packed into the box, the box space is limited, and all the screws will overflow after falling in. After blanking, the structural device shakes the box to reduce the gap and prevent overflow
4. After manually covering the box, push the chain plate line, and then automatically print and labeling
5. The label information can be obtained by scanning the code to link the ERP system
6. At the end of the chain plate line, four boxes are grouped together and pushed to the roller collection place, a total of 16 boxes can be accumulated, and the finished products are manually pushed into the box to reduce the labor burden
7. The allowable error can be set, and the excess can be discharged to the return box. For example, when the target value is 5,000pcs, the allowable error is 0, and when 5,001pcs appear during counting, they will be automatically discharged.
