Scheme operation: Manually pour the material into the third-level flat hopper, select the counting scheme corresponding to the material and click to start counting, the material passes through the third-level vibration and then falls through the chute, the material falling process will be captured by the camera, and the accurate quantity is calculated through the software algorithm.After fast counting, it falls into the packaging bag prepared by the packaging machine through the transfer bucket. When the number reaches the set number of single bags, the packaging machine automatically seals it and drops into conveyor.
