The customer is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of high-end electronic components. Their capacitance is particularly small, only about 1×0.5×0.55mm with many types.They need accurate counting, manual pack and then into warehouse. Currently customer are counting by manual.

1. Accurately count the smallest 1mm*0.5mm*0.55mm and divide it into 100 pieces
2. It can be compatible with other products with larger specifications for counting and subcontracting
3. It is convenient to change materials and cannot be mixed
4. Manual collected the counted material and put it into the bag, easy to operate
