Coupler counting and packaging machine solution

This automatic vision counting machine is ordered by our UAE customer who are a group company. This equipment is specially used for the counting PVC coupler.

Customer requirement
1. Must be an automatic counting packaging machine using the camera recognition counts.
2. Their material are PVC coupler and connector with the diameter of 20mm-25mm, and the length is 25mm.
3. Need count fix quantity, such as 100pcs/bag, 300pcs/bag, and require the counting speed is 3bags/min.

Our solutions are as followings
1.We specialize in the development and production of visual counting equipment, so we provide an automatic vision counting machine.

2.We adopt our vision counting machine VB224-2 with the coarse control panel width of 220mm, it is suitable for 3mm-50mm materials, and it has strong compatibility can meet customers' current and future requirement.

3.After testing the customer’s material, our counting efficiency can reach 4-5bags of 100 couplers per minute.

4.Some special mechanical improvements have been made according to the material characteristics of the customer round pipe.
a. Added automatic rubber curtain. Round coupler are easy to roll, and if they cannot be stopped, they will easily exceed the standard. Therefore, automatic rubber curtain are added. When the set quantity is reached, the curtains will fall automatically to stop the falling materials and prevent them from exceeding the standard.

b. Adopt 4 vibration plates. The material size is too large to prevent the front end fine filling plate from being short of material when filling. The rear end independent vibration plate is used to supply material for the front end fine filling plate.

c. The fine filling plate is equipped with an insert plate, which can be adjusted according to the size of the material to avoid material stacking of the fine filling plate.

5.Equipped with a foot pedal device to liberate the hands of workers. The customer needs to manually pick up the material and then pack by manual. When the material is finished the counting, step on the foot pedal to count the next bag.
