Multiple Metal Material Counting Test Has Been Completed

The Thailand fastener distributor has contacted us posted on Google.com.They needs to count metal clip,washers,rivets and screws of different sizes. Especially for small parts packaging machine,are difficult to count because of their small specifications.

In addition,the customer hopes to count these different specifications and types of materials with one equipment,so the compatibility of the equipment needs to be good.We suggest our customer use our VB224-2 automatic counting packaging machine.

Recently,we received 5 kinds of materials for counting accuracy test,here we attached one video for the test result

Test Methods

For small screws,we manually count 1000 pcs,through the full automatic counting machine to see if 1000 display, verify the accuracy of the count.

Test conclusion

Total of 5 materials were tested in this accuracy test,and 20 verifications were made.The highest accuracy test was washer,with a test error of 0.00%,the lowest accuracy test was rivets with a test error of 0.04%,small screw,the test error is 0.01%,metal clip,the test error is approximately equal to 0.00%.

We successfully achieve a device compatible with a variety of different specifications and types of materials for accurate counting,and small parts can also be made accurately counted.
