This Hungarian customer is a hardware screws distributor of various screws as well as expansion sleeves.These hardware screws need to be divided into small bags and then sell on the market.Each package is mostly 100 pieces,they stick the labels by manual.They need count accuracy.

We provide a complete counting and packaging solution according to customer requirements. The solution includes material lifting system,vision counting system,packaging system,and finished product delivery system.Helps it to achieve the automatic counting and packaging.

We have made special improvements to the customer details

• Because the screws are longer,change the level 2 vibration to level 3 vibration to make the replenishment more accurate
• Add the material cutting gate at the outlet of the vibration plate to ensure the accuracy
• Packaging machine is equipped with the reverse function of exceeding the material and discharging the unqualified packaging
• Add nylon panels to the hopper and storage doors to protect them.Prevent the screws from falling against the surface of the metal parts
• Because the customer's bag size has three sizes of 150mm,200mm,and 250mm,so we equipped with three specifications of the packaging machine storage hopper
