The customer is the world famous machine manufacturer, mainly producing automobile connectors to the OEMS. OEMS are strict on their packaging quality requirements, quantity must be accurate, must not appear less material.
The customer has purchased 3 sets of connector vision counting and packaging machines from our company.
The customer adopts the automatic counting packaging system of feeding, counting, labeling and packaging.
The whole system contains
The back-end feeding system is a bucket elevator. When the material is poured into the hopper, and after the hopper is in place, the vibrator in the silo vibrates the material into the hopper, and then it is transported to the hopper of the counting machine. The conveyor bucket is then used to pick up the next wave of materials, and the cycle repeats. The entire movement is controlled by system programs and sensors. There is also a material level sensor in the hopper of the counting machine to control it. If it reaches the position of the sensor, the hoist will stop working to prevent the material from overflowing.
The counting machine adopts VB224 series, which can accurately count according to the set quantity. In the video, the customer set 60 pieces/package. The material is counted by the counting machine and dropped into the prepared bags.
The labeling machine adopts Dikai thermal transfer printer, the content is clear, the coloring is firm, and it will not fall off. Labels are printed as the bags are being made. The bagging adopts bucket film packaging machine. After the counting of materials is completed, the packaging machine will automatically seal, and the finished product will be conveyed by the conveyor belt, and then it can be packed and shipped.
The details of the whole set of counting and packaging system: the material is large, in order to prevent the material from being jammed, the material falls into the bag while counting. Avoid the risk of material jams falling into the bag after the material is counted.
