1+5 mix material counting with bottle line

Mixed material counting and packaging machines are the needs of many industries. Our Indian customer require two different pins in different quantities to be packed into small plastic tubes.

Customer requirements: PIN size minimum diameter 1mm, maximum diameter 5mm, minimum length 15mm, maximum length 25mm, fit into 20mm diameter pipe at 1 + 5 or 5 + 30, speed not less than 10 tubes per minute.

The difficulty of this mix material counting is that the material size is very small and the quantity of single package is very few. Two different materials need to be counted separately on one equipment, and the diameter of the plastic pipe is very small, so it is difficult for the material to enter the pipe smoothly.

After the efforts of technical engineer, the following solutions were finally customized according to customer needs.
This customized solution uses a dual-channel VX vision counting mode, which corresponds to two types of materials. One material can be counted at least 1 per package. After both materials reach the set quantity, they can be put into the tube at the same time. The pipe is connected to the machine through the chain plate line for signal connection.

The usage process is simple and easy to operate. You only need to manually place the tubes on the chain plate line. After loading the materials, collect them manually and close the lid. If the pipes are accumulated to the end of the chain plate line and have not been taken away, the counting machine will stop discharging materials and continue working until the pipes are taken away.
