Previously, KST Taiwan factory and the mainland factory have purchased 5 sets of wire terminals vision counting and packing machine from our company, this is the sixth set, this time to change the previous small bag packaging, using large size packaging bags, the packaging quantity is 1000 pcs per package. More anutomatic hardware counter for selection.
The scheme configuration is: z-type elevator + counting machine +bag packaging machine (equipped with bag delivery device) + CAB labeling machine + finished product conveyor

This system can realize the functional features

1. Accurately count and pack the terminals, and automatically labeling.
2. Overcount discharge funnel, for example, if a package is 1002 pcs will be automatically discharged.
3. Can scan the code to obtain the label information, which is directly obtained through the customer's internal system.
4. Online shutdown, if there is a link failure, the whole system shutdown.
5. One key switch, any one switch, can control the whole system switch.
6. Packaging bag exhaust function to avoid the bag bulge in the box volume.
7. Support the night working mode that is when the unattended production at night, after the completion of the production, the high-energy-consuming equipment will automatically power off into the dormant mode, such as the elevator, packaging machine heating rod and other all  equipment will stop.
