We adopt VC series automatic vision counting machine which uses the camera recognition to counting, dual storage bin mode (faster), 200 grains/bag, up to 7-8 bags/minute, and the accuracy can reach 99.7%.

In the packaging part, the vertical packaging machine is combined with the premade pouch packaging machine. The inner bag is made of small vertical packing machine and the inner bag is aluminum foil bag material. The outer bag adopts the premade pouch packaging machine. After the inner bag is packed, it falls directly into the outer bag for sealing.
