The one zipper vision counting machine delivery

This is a automatic vision counting machine that is ready to be packaged and shipped. The machine uses it to count zippers and zipper accessories. Customer packaging quantity is 1000pcs/bag, they need to achieve 3bags/min.

This machine has a small footprint and is easy to place. It is also equipped with double discharge ports. The left side is the normal count. If it reaches one thousand, it will come out from the left outlet. The right side is the over counted discharge port. If the quantity exceeds the quantity, it will be discharged from the right discharge port. Or when the counting ends, the right discharge port can also discharge the remaining material.

According to customer’s requirements, we specially customized a conveyor belt for this machine, which is the blue part at the front end of the machine. This not only improves efficiency, but also makes the material's falling posture more stable which making the counting results more accurate.
