The inspection of detergent pod vision counting and packaging machine

Customers are welcome to come to our company to inspect the detergent pod counting and packaging equipment. In this acceptance, the customer mainly checks whether the accuracy, speed, stability and safety of this counting and packaging equipment meet their delivery standards.

This automatic detergent pod vision counting and packaging machine including climbing hoist, vision counting machine and customer's existing automatic boxing line. On inspection site, customer mainly test 21pcs/box and 14pcs/box three-chamber detergent pods. In the whole process, two batches were tested, the first batch was 300 boxes, and the second batch was 500 boxes. In the two batches, only two boxes were more than one, with no less material. Thus, the counting accuracy is very high, and the speed can reach more than 45 packets per minute.

The customer already has a complete set of automatic boxing line, but has not been able to find equipment that can batch counting accurately. This time, we connected our vision counting machine with customer’s automatic boxing line to realize automatic counting and boxing, which will greatly reduce labor and material costs, and also avoid the risk of less materials.
