The automatic vision counting machine for small parts ordered by a Romanian customer last year has completed production and commissioning. After passing the video inspection, the customer is very satisfied. Recently, it was packaged and shipped to Romania.

The customer of this small parts counting machine is a fastener manufacturer. The small parts vision counting machine purchased is mainly used for total quantity counting and batch quantity counting. Because customer’s requirement for speed is not high, so we adopt manual feeding by foot pedal.

Small parts vision counting machine use method: just manually pour the materials into the hopper, select the corresponding material scheme, click to start counting, after counting to the required quantity, manually pour out the counted materials for packaging, step on the foot pedal to count the next package. For example, in the picture above, the quantity of single packages required is 200pcs, and our counting machine will stop working after counting 200pcs. After stepping on the foot pedal, it will start to reset and start counting the next package. The operation is simple, convenient and quick.
