Oiled fasteners manufacture come to our factory for visit

A few days ago, a Japanese fastener company came to our company inspect the fastener counting and packaging project. This customer is currently mainly looking for an oiled fastener counting and packaging machine.

According to customer requirements, 4 types of oiled fastener were tested on our factory. The products included M6x12mm and M6x14.5mm screws, M12 nuts and M10x85mm bolts.

The customer now uses the weighing method to achieve the purpose of counting, this method has a large error, and the way of weighing counting has both positive error and negative error, so each box of products may be more or less, but in order to prevent less material, the general manufacturer will take the way of giving more to avoid customer complaints, the result is that the customer loses more. According to our vision counter actual test results, the screw identification of M6x12 shows 2000 pieces/box, and the actual quantity is nearly 20 more by our counting machine. In a total of four materials tested, the actual quantity of each box is greater than the marked quantity. Due to the large volume of customer shipments, this greatly increases the production cost of the customer company.

Our automatic fastener vision counting machine can work with high accuracy. Taking the M6x12 screw as an example, the counting accuracy can reach 99.99%, which greatly reduces the material cost sent by the company, and reduces the labor expenditure.
