Why do laundry pods have to be counted with a vision counting machine?
For laundry pods, the weighing counting errors are relatively large, and for transparent materials, electronic counting will also have errors. There are two reasons for the error in weighing counting
1.The production and packaging equipment for laundry pods is a drum-type automatic forming and canning equipment for small-dose liquid pods. There will be errors in canning. One drop more or one drop less will cause a slight error in the weight of a single piece. If multiple pieces together, the error will accumulate, resulting in a quantity error when counting and packing.
2. The PVA water-soluble film on the surface of laundry pods needs to be used in a certain humidity environment for production. After production and packaging, there will be water evaporation, which will also cause differences in the weight of single pods, resulting in quantity errors when counting and packing.
