The workflow of the complete system:
The product is dumped into the elevator hopper, transported to the counting machine through vibration and bucket lifting, dispersed by multi-stage vibration plate, identified and counted by high-speed industrial camera, and accurately batch counted with multi-level gates. The counted product falls into the packaging machine for bagging and sealing and then falls to the finished product conveyor and is transported to the re-inspection scale belt. When passing the recheck scale, if the weight is lower or higher than the set weight, the push rod pushes the unqualified products to the recycling bin.

1. Achieve full automation and packaging according to quantity. The quantity is identified by the camera, and it is not affected by the weight difference of individual products, which may cause inaccurate quantity.

In addition, a recheck salce and rejection mechanism is added to remove the bag that has the broken products(the insulin pen needle is a combined product, which is not firmly assembled during assembly and causes it to spread, resulting in differences in the weight of damaged products).
