Recently, the diode vision counting and boxing equipment ordered by semiconductor industry customers has been delivered and officially put into production.

The counting and packaging method used by customers before purchasing our vision counting machine is to use a perforated sieve to take a certain amount of materials to get a single weight for each batch of materials, and then manually weigh and count. Due to the large error in the individual weight of each batch of materials, it is necessary to sample the individual weight of each batch of materials. This packaging method is time-consuming and labor-intensive and has large errors.

After using the vision counting and boxing equipment, customer only need to pour the materials into the hopper, then the vision counting machine will automatically count and drop them into the turnover boxes, and manually pick them up at the end of the chain plate line and pour them into the packaging boxes for packaging. It is not only convenient and quickly, but also accurately without negative error.
