The customer's product is large and small foam blocks, for this product, we adopt the latest VBP vision counting machine. Use 3 stage vibration plate + front end belt to disperse the foam. Due to the large friction of the foam, in order to improve the efficiency and dispersion, we used a large particle raindrop plate, and added a rolling brush above the belt, which can flatten the material to ensure the accuracy.

This automatic foam vision counting machine can be compatible with the customer's foam block counting of various specifications. The customer purchased 2 counting machine at a time. The customer was very satisfied with the video acceptance and looked forward to putting it into production after arriving at customer’s factory.
