Seed Counting and Packaging Solution

Our customer have a variety of fruit and vegetable seeds need count and package. Get more smart speed counter from us quickly.

Packaging requirements:Need full automatic counting and packaging machine
Packing specifications
Compared to the slightly larger seeds 4pcs/bag, the smaller seeds 16pcs/bag
The packaging bag is 50mm wide and is made of laminated film
The bag requires a four side sealing

Our solution are as followings

1. Use VX series automatic counting machine with vertical packaging machine
2. Workflow: Manually pour the seeds into the hopper of the hoist, select the scheme (need to create)and click on start counting, the hoist will automatically transport the seeds to the counting machine, and then into the packaging machine for bag sealing.After the packaging is completed, it will automatically fall to the finished conveyor belt and collect the packed seeds manually.

2. Suitable for a package of less than a 50pcs/bag
