There are also some hardware products, such as gaskets and magnetic sheets, which are small and have different shapes after being dropped. When some gaskets fall, the camera only captures the image of a line of thickness, which makes counting more difficult. To this end, a section of conveyor belt is added. When the material reaches the conveyor belt from the vibrating plate, the material will stop vibrating and lie flat on the conveyor belt. When the material falls in a parabola, the camera can better capture the front image of the material, making counting more accurate.

Due to the material characteristics of the conveyor belt itself, the materials can basically be spread flat on the conveyor belt. The dispersion of materials on the conveyor belt can also be further adjusted by adjusting the speed of the conveyor belt, adding an adjustable function to the vision counting machine. This makes the operation of the counting machine simpler and more efficient.
