Whether vision counting machine take up too much space
Many customers have asked whether our automatic vision counting machine will take up too much space. The customer's question is that the bottom space can be reduced, which saves space and facilitates operation and movement.
Here I can give you the answer. The bottom is where the line array camera is placed. The line array camera needs to be tilted upward to capture the shape of the material for the next step of counting and judgment. So everyone has questions again, why can't it be placed flat? This is because countless tests have proven that the counting effect when placed diagonally is more accurate.
The principle is also very simple. The material falls to the discharge port in a parabola and will flip over during the process. At the beginning of the parabola, the material can maintain its original shape to a greater extent and has a greater probability of being captured by the camera from the front. So this design was made. Therefore, between precision and space, choose precision.
Of course, we will also design the vibratory feeder according to the company's different materials, so that no extra space will be used, and everything will be based on accurate counting.
Sometimes the customer's production space is limited, or the combination with other machines has restrictions. At this time, we will also do space design to meet the need to save space. Such as matching more reasonable material elevators and packaging machines, allocating various equipment to a reasonable space, etc.
The above are all based on technical accuracy before considering space allocation. When actually designing a counting machine solution, the size of the machine will generally not be designed too large, and the site will also be considered to reasonably save space.
