What Is the Difference Between VX Series and VM Series Counting Packing Machine

VX series

The VX series automatic smart counter uses a three-level vibrating plate and a V-shaped vibrating plate mode to prepare the material one by one. A total of 8 V-shaped grooves, controlled by a vibrator, with 3 gates below. The material first fallsto the middle storage room, when the target value is reached, the uppermost gate opens to intercept the falling material.
At the same time, the gate is opened, and the materials that meet the target number fall to the lowest storage room,waiting to be discharged to the packaging machine. At this time, the uppermost gate is opened, and the materials intercepted from the upper part fall to the middle silo again, cyclically.

VX counting packing machine is suitable for a small quantity per pack, especially 5-50 pcs per pack, and the packaging speed is fast,which can reach more than 25 packs per minute.

VM series

Multiple channels of the VM series small parts automatic counter can be combined to obtain the target value. For example, 10 target values may be 2+3+2+3,and 4 channels can be combined into 10. It consists of 12 channels, and each vibrating plate is controlled by a separate vibrator.The material in each channel will first fall to the storage room on the
first layer. When it reaches the set target value, it will open the gate and drop to the next storage room to wait for the material to be discharged to the packaging system.

In conclusion

If the material is very small and the number of single packages is very small, it is suitable for VX series,and VM is more suitable if the number of single packages exceeds 50 pcs.
