The camera is an industrial linear array camera with many pixels on it. As long as multiple materials fall in a row through the recognition area of the camera, they can be identified by the camera and counted accurately respectively. The camera we use is a linear array industrial camera, which scans at the speed of 10000 times/s, which is much faster than the falling speed of the material, so continuous uninterrupted scanning can be achieved to obtain the complete information of the material. As shown in the above figure, when a material falls rapidly from top to bottom and reaches the scan line of the camera, the camera scans the object at a high speed until the object leaves the recognition area of the camera, so as to continuously obtain the complete information of the object and accurately count it through the intelligent vision algorithm software.

Yes, the smart counting machine has two functions, counting the total number and fix number as your request. It is equipped with coarse panel and refined panel for accurately count the required quantity.
What technical parameters should we look at when choosing a vision counting machine?
