Work flow: After the material is poured into the storage hopper, the material is sent to the flip box of the hoist after being vibrated, and the hoist automatically transports the material to the counting machine, and the counting machine automatically counts. When the quantity reaches the set quantity, it will automatically drop to the box below the receiving opening. The box with the material loaded automatically moves forward along the chain line, and the empty box at the back moves forward to the blanking port and stops waiting for blanking, and the cycle repeats. The empty box needs to be manually placed on the right chain line in turn, and the box filled with materials needs to be manually removed from the chain line and cover the box to seal.
