What information you need to know before accepting the counter?
As a manufacturing equipment company that designs and manufactures products in-house, we have customers visiting us both before and after sales. We have had many customers visiting our company recently to learn more about our products.
The figure below is the customer who come to accept the overall equipment. The overall equipment includes feeding and conveying equipment, vision counting machine equipment, packaging machine and labeling equipment.
We also have our customers in the Yangtze River Delta come to accept the vision counting equipment. The customer looked at every corner of the equipment very carefully and asked a lot of questions about the subsequent use of the equipment. Today we will summarize for you what information you need to know when handing over your machine.
First of all, we will have a dedicated one-to-one after-sales engineer to hand over the machine and debug it. Secondly, we will train on-site users, whether they are technicians or ordinary front-line workers. If you encounter other problems in the future, we can also provide video teaching, and software problems can be solved through remote control. In addition, there are also many handover details on the customer side. For example, the customer's technical team will come to our company to participate in machine training, in order to facilitate later use and maintenance work. Some companies even brought in senior technical engineers, who had a detailed understanding of the equipment structure, parts, counting, documentation, and packaging. Of course, we also have learning-free equipment for customers who don’t have senior technicians. The learning-free counting machine is the latest machine developed by our company. The operator can use it directly after receiving the machine. There is no need to create a scheme, and the operation is simpler.
