Second cooperation for Hungarian customers
After ordering a set of expansion screw vision counting and packaging machine(https://www.visioncounter.com/hardware-screw-counting-and-packaging-case-analysis-for-hungarian-customer_n56) a year ago, our Hungarian customer recently ordered a set of high-speed vision counting and packaging machine again.

Customer use this automatic vision counting and packaging machine and mainly count different type of wire terminal with lengths range from 10mm-58mm and 1.5mm-23mm in diameter. Customer unit package is 10pcs/bag and 25pcs/bag, the minimum speed requirement is 5-7bags/minute.


According to the customer requirements, we have provided the following scheme
1.Using VX series counter, according to the customer speed requirements, using 4 channels to meet the customer counting requirement
2.The VX series counter uses a V-shaped vibratory plate to organize materials one after another to meet the needs of small packaging and prevent exceeding the standard.
3.With a small vertical packaging machine, the packaging speed are very fast, and the bags length can be adjust
4.After actual test, we count 25pcs/bag, our counter can count 20 bags per minute, it is far exceeding the customer requirements.
