Our solutions: VX series counting machine with vertical packaging machine

Counting machine
The VX series vision counting machine can count and pack materials in small quantities, such as 10pcs/bag, 15pcs/bag, and can also compatible with 100pcs/bag.
The advantage for this series of counting machine can work with high efficiency, can achieve 20-35 bags per minute.

Packaging machine
Using a small vertical packaging machine, because the customer packaging bags are very small, and vertical packaging machines can work with high efficiency.
Consumables are a single layer of film, the price is cheap can effectively reduce customer production costs

Feeding material
Because the quantity of raw material is not much, so the vibration bucket hopper is used. Compared to the elevator, this hopper covers a small area and has a low cost.
